- Quote Submittal Worksheet Attachment 5 - Location and Site Maps Attachment 6 - Practice Specification 314 - Brush Management Attachment 4 - Quality Control Plan - Aerial Herbicide Application on Salt Cedar Attachment 3 - Quality Control Plan - Aerial Herbicide Application on Mesquite Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Attachment 1 - SCA Wage Determination Combined Synopsis Solicitation package The work consists of the aerial application of the herbicides Aminopyralid:Clopyralid on 773 acres; and Imazapyr on 304.3 acres to control Mesquite and Salt Cedar, respectively, on three USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) easements in Lynn County, Texas. Spraying to be conducted in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Quality Control Plan and Practice Specification documents and in compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture rules and regulations. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered as Active, and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. The successful contractor must have and provide proof of valid commercial applicators license, and will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. A firm-fixed price award is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Services. Performance time - 60 days from Notice to Proceed which anticipated on or about June 1, 2017. Any questions must be provided to the contracting officer, in writing, no later than 12 noon eastern time, April 19, 2017. A summary of questions and answers will be posted and available at this site by or before COB April 20, 2017.
