- Instructions to Offerors Yellow Ribbon Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-17-T-0005 is hereby issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95. This RFQ allows for full and open competition and is not set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110. See attached Yellow Ribbon Requirement document for a description event and Contract Line Items (CLINs). See attached Instructions to Offerors document for source selection criteria and instructions how to submit the quote. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition.
