Description

The Network Contracting Officer 04 intends to sole source a contract to Home Maintenance Group, 298 HEYBURN RD, CHADDS FORD, PA, 19317  for an emergent requirement to replace the corroded well piping in building 63 pump house. This will be a onetime service to meet the emergency need of the Coatesville VAMC (CVAMC). The CVAMC has determined that the Government facility could be seriously injured if this service is not procured quickly. Delay in award of this contract would result in serious injury, or create an increased financial burden to the Government.   If not addressed immediately, veteran care will be affected.   This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.   Please direct any questions to Mr. Donald Butler at Donald.Butler3@va.gov no later than 11:00AM Eastern on 04-7-2017.
