Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Immix Technology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102 to purchase training in the use of Information Builders, Inc. (IBI) WebFOCUS 8 software, which is an open market product. This procurement will be added to a BPA we are creating under FAR Part 8. The acquisition will be a sole source as Immix Technology, Inc is the only reseller known to the Government that sells the WebFOCUS 8 software, support services, and training. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
