Ft. (ABOA):141,454 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):141,454 Space Type:Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):3 Parking Spaces (Surface):3 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):3 Full Term:15 Firm Term:10 Option Term:0 Additional Requirements:Prior to occupancy the following must be met: •adequate parking capacity within ¼ mile to house a surge force of up to 1,500 employees •building must have a loading dock that can accommodate a semi-tractor and trailer •approximately10,000usf of contiguous space with sufficient floor load for heavy mail room equipment.
