- JOFOC JOFOC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT FROM A SINGLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Enterprise Services LLC, 13600 EDS Dr, Herndon, VA 20171, for 3Par SAN Hardware/Software support. This procurement shall be conducted IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(b)(2). The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement was previously procured under SBAHQ-16-F-0086. This action will result in the award of a firm-fixed price (FFP) follow-on contract with a period of performance of June 15, 2017 through 10/31/2017 under the NAICS 541519, Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $27.5M. Total contract amount is $37,112.26. A copy of the justification & approval is attached to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit offers. This notice of intent is not a request for offers or competitive proposals. However, any offers received by 11 April 2017, 08:00 A.M. MST will be considered by the Government. If SBA does not receive an acceptable response to this announcement negotiations will be conducted with Enterprise Services LLC as the only source and a contract will be awarded without any additional notices being posted. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or changes by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submissions of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
