- Statement of Need Request for Quote details The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of two FMQ-19s Ultrasonic Wind Sensor Systems w/accessories & installation. The sensors will need to be installed on both ends of the runway located on Beale AFB, CA. Contractor shall perform a site survey on the runway prior to installation. Work is to be performed NLT 30-60 days after award. See the attached Statement of Need (SON) for additional information on this requirement. All RFQ's are due by Thursday, 13 April 2017 at 1:00 pm. (PST) via email
