- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Lamar Media Corp CAGE: 1PWS2 for advertising space on public transportation in Portland, Bend, and Eugene Oregon. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-I(b)(I), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No other firms have been identified. The scope of work is in the attached document titled performance work NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Lamar Media Corp CAGE: 1PWS2 for advertising space on public transportation in Portland, Bend, and Eugene Oregon. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated for the result award. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may contact the USPFO for Oregon via e-mail at brian.m.johnson110.mil@mail.mil to be considered by the government. If no responses are received by 1400. Pacific Standard Time on 16 November 2016 a sole source contract will be pursued with Lamar Media Corp.
