Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of Treasury, intends to issue a sole source purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Harvard Business School Publishing Corporation dba Harvard Business Review, 20 Guest St, Suite 700, Brighton, MA 02135-2040, for subscriptions to the Harvard Business Review. Harvard Business Review is the only online publication that provides every up to date and archived article, periodical and content published by Harvard Business Review. The period of performance for this requirement is June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018 with four 12-month option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received before the end of the response time of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
