Description

Subject: Omnicycle Elite Motorized Therapeutic Exercise System This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing) and whether or not the items requested are offered on a federal supply schedule or as an open market item. The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center is looking for a Neuro-Ortho-Cardio Rehabilitation Cycle System. Accelerated Care Plus Corporation is known to meet the needs of the Government. The motorized therapeutic exercise system must meet the following salient characteristics: Must be Mechanical/Electronic Must have minimum 200 watt motor Must be a motor-assisted therapeutic exercise cycle Must be specific for long term care patients Must have at least a 10.75 color display screen Must have the ability for touch screen operation Must be voice activated stop Must have a minimum of three biofeedback modes Must have spasticity management system Must have programmable parameters Must have a heart monitor Must be wheelchair accessible Interested VOSBs and SDVOSBs are required to submit an e-mail delineating: Qualifications, capabilities, and experience for providing this product Business size Socioeconomic status; and If the product is on the Federal Supply Schedule or the Open Market This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for consideration. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is (NAICS) 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Responses are to be submitted by e-mail to Antanette.Shellaugh@va.gov including information requested no later than 1:00 pm Central Standard Time on Monday, April 10, 2017.
