- CAMH FFRDC IDIQ Conflict of Interest Clause (H.1) - Attachment J.x CAMH FFRDC IDIQ Conflict of Interest Clause (H.1) - Attachment J.y CAMH FFRDC IDIQ Conflict of Interest Clause (H.1) CAMH FFRDC Draft IDIQ Statement of Work (SOW) Synopsis: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain knowledge and information for project planning purposes, provide conflicts of interest expectations and receive feedback regarding the proposed draft Statement of Work (SOW) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirements for the CMS Alliance to Modernize Healthcare (CAMH) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). Background: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), in conjunction with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its Operating Divisions (OPDIVS), sponsors the non-profit CMS Alliance to Modernize Healthcare (CAMH) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). As the Primary Sponsor, CMS administers the FFRDC on behalf of CMS and HHS and its OPDIVS. Approval to establish the CAMH FFRDC was obtained on September 17, 2010 in accordance with FAR 35.017. The CAMH FFRDC supports the core missions of CMS and HHS by providing independent strategic guidance and neutral evaluation of efforts to better align competing priorities with limited resources and facilitates the modernization of key business processes and support of systems and their operations. Specifically, this CAMH FFRDC provides technical expertise and experience in providing strategic support that aligns with CMS and HHS business, policy, technology and operation needs. The current five (5) year period of performance of the FFRDC is September 27, 2012 to September 26, 2017. A determination has been made that there is a continued need for the FFRDC past September 2017 and that the contract will be re-competed. It is anticipated that the FFRDC solicitation will be posted via www.fedbizopps.gov approximately July 2017, with an anticipated award date of September 2018. Description: CMS is seeking information from industry on the attached draft CAMH FFRDC IDIQ SOW. CMS is open to any constructive feedback. CMS is also providing the anticipated conflict of interest (COI) clause that will be included in the contract. Feedback regarding COI is also encouraged. We appreciate your time and effort in responding to this request for information. Requested Information: The response to this RFI shall be in writing submitted to the point of contact below. Any organization may respond to this RFI, and there is no limit on the number of responses that a company may submit. The response should contain the following information: 1.Name of submitter and contact information: a.Company Name b.Company Address c.Company Point of Contact, Phone and Email address 2.Cite specific sections and page numbers in the attached draft SOW with recommendations to the requirements as well as any feedback deemed necessary regarding the conflict of interest requirements. It is anticipated that a solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be submitted via www.fbo.gov with an estimated release date of July 2017. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
