- Proposed solicitation, SPE7M215R0024, is for 3 each of NSN 6110-01-237-5929. Item is a Switching Unit, Power, Transfer, to be manufactured I/A/W Ward Leonard Electric Company Inc. (63743) part number N274-381641. No technical data is available. Any alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Items are to be delivered to New Cumberland PA 17070. The solicitation is anticipated to require F.O B origin I/A/W First Destination Transportation and inspection of the supplies and packaging at destination. A 100% option is included, which may or may not be exercised within the delivery period minus 14 days. Required delivery is 250 days. All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
