- Map of delineated area - Connersville, IN U.S. GOVERNMENT U.S. Farm Service Agency (FSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:IN City:Connersville Delineated Area:North: At the intersection of CO RD 225 W and CO RD 300 N go East to SR 1 then North to CO RD 450 N then East to WATERLOO RD then South to CO RD 400 N then East to CO RD 185 E then South to CO RD 400 N then East to CO RD 350 E. East: At the intersection of CO RD 400 N and CO RD 350 E go South to CO RD 250 N then West to CO RD 150 E then South to SPRINGERVILLE RD then East to CO RD 200 E then South to ALQUINA RD. South: At the intersection of CO RD 200 E and ALQUINA RD go West to CO RD 150 E then South to VILLAGE CREEK RD then West which transitions to VETERNANS DR and continue West to ZIEGLER RD then Northwest to GRAY RD. Office space must be in good condition and well maintained; similar to Class A or Class B office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Connersville, IN, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
