USCG Ombudsman Notice RFQ Section B- Schedule of Supplies and Services Request for Clarification Past Performance Information Form Work Specification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
