This procurement has a 100% small business set-aside. The NSN is not a commercial item. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item.
