- Clauses Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-17-CP-0023 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for fifteen (15) licenses for user access for a one-year (April 10, 2017-April 9, 2018) online Subscription to a Congressional data service that provides the following coverage/access to databases for mission essential research: -Congressional members data that can be filtered by various criteria generated into reports. - Congressional staff data that can be filtered by committee, issue areas, and job title. -Daily Congressional Committee Reporting to include unlimited & custom hearing transcripts. -Custom profiles, newsfeeds, and email alerts for Congressional Actions of DEA interest. -Congressional news and analysis coverage of drug enforcement and regulatory issues -Daily Congressional schedule of events & legislative calendar -A searchable Regulations Tracker, including access to the related record of comments -Customizable legislative and budget trackers All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 4, 2017 at 12:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is April 7, 2017 at 11:00am EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Morgan.R.Hairston@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
