Description

SET-ASIDE: This requirement is Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 621511 and the small business size standard is $32.5 Million. Introduction: The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity award, lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. The VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive San Diego, CA 92161 has a requirement for contractor to provide the following specific testing, and provide the results within 24 hours or less: Special stains I, special stains II, recuts, deeper cuts, unstained slides, and block shall also be delivered to VASDHS PALMS within 24 hours. Block refers to the routine tissue processing, embedding, cutting, H&E staining and cover slipping of submitted tissue (no interpretation). For additional detail and fill out the attached Solicitation prior to 2:00p.m on April 17, 2017. Note this requirement is being set-aside for Small Business.
