Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number VA246-17-Q-0724_1 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95 effective 01 January 2017. This requirement is unrestricted and the associated NAICS Code for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 334510 with a Size Standard of 1250 employees. The CLINS associated with this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are contained within the attached SF1449. This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran Small Business set aside and all eligible offerors may submit quotes. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and Vetbiz (SDVOSB ) to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. For extended descriptions, characteristics, and minimum needs, please refer to the attached. The anticipated delivery date is to be proposed and location is identified within the attached SF1449. The FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Please see attached for additional applicable terms and conditions which govern this action. Offerors shall submit their responses no later than the time identified within the attached SF1449. Offers will only be accepted via E-mail to Tiffany Thompson; tiffany.thompson3@va.gov. Electronic documents shall be submitted in.pdf,.doc, or.xls and restricted to emails of less than less than 10MB as that is the maximum single email size allowable. Communication containing documents in any other format may be blocked or stripped by the Government's server and may not be received by this office. Files in.zip format or file(s) exceeding 10MB may not be received by this office. It is the contractor s responsibility to verify that submissions are received. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 3/31/2017 and addressed to Tiffany Thompson via email tiffany.thompson3@va.gov. Quotes are due by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time April 4, 2017. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. Quotes shall be submitted via email.
