- Past Performance Questionnaire Past Performance Martix Automated Data List (ADL) Approval Sheet Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423 M67 - Hand-Fragmentation Grenade Solicitation The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) has a requirement for the Renovation of the M67 Hand-Fragmentation Grenade. The contractor shall renovate M67 Hand-Fragmentation Grenades by replacing M213 delay fuzes, installing confidence clips and performing exterior maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work. The quantities for this item are as follows: First Article Qty. 255 Production Quantity Qty. 34,900 First Article Delivery - 1 August 2017 Production Quantity Delivery - 6 months after acceptance of first article. This requirement is being issued Full and Open Competition. The method of Source Selection will be based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The NAICS Code is 332994 Size Standard is 1,000 employees and FSC Code is 1010. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Contract To register for this solicitation, you must e-mail the following directly to Mrs. Karen Tindley-Smith at karen.tindley-smith@navy.mil: Solicitation number N00174-17-R-0003 in the subject line of your e-mail; name of requestor; organization name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Use your e-mail "read notification" to confirm the contract specialist's receipt of your registration. The Government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solicitation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the Internet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the Internet. The requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately December 27, 2016. Prior to this date, you will not be able to access this solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://fbo.gov/. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Paper copies of the solicitation, amendments, will not be provided. Offeror are required to complete their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://www.sam.gov. Failure to register in SAM makes an offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts.
