Description

SOW - Provide Specialty Gases VAGLAHS B295 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073 This contract is intended to provide Anhydrous Ammonia for the facilities boilers for the purpose of SCAQMD compliance in building 295 VAGLAHS 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073. Scope of Work: Provide all manpower and transportation/handling requirements to deliver specialty gases and all certificates to VAGLAHS 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073 building 295. Contractor is responsible for all material handling I.E. securing new bottles in racks and storage cages and removing empty bottles from racks and storage cages. The following table describes the gases required and the desired quantities to be kept on hand. Anhydrous Ammonia (99.99%): 50# bottles CGA705 on hand quantity 3 in service and 4 stored at exterior of building. Empty bottles placed in storage racks inside of building at point of use. Multiple deliveries will be required as NFPA codes limit to 450# on site at one time.
