Description
Price List PWS Solicitation The USPFO for Pennsylvania - Contracting Office, intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation W912KC-16-R-0006 for Request for Proposal (RFP) for an IDIQ contract for Field Sanitation Services at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania 17003-5002. Requirements will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 562991. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. This will be a small business set-aside. The anticipated contract will consist of a Base Award Period of twelve (12) consecutive months, and three (3) twelve month (one-year) option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed five (4) calendar years. Orders will range from $3500.00 to $150,000.00. Proposals will be evaluated on Non price factors such as past performance and offeror qualifications on similar projects. Non price factors are of equal importance to price. Prospective offerors must submit a written documentation as specified in the solicitation. No individual conferences will be permitted. The Solicitation closing date is scheduled for 26 April, 2017. All information, amendments and questions concerning this Solicitation will be electronically posted on http://www.fbo.gov. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management System (SAM) Registration (https://www.sam.gov). Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. Interested offerors will need their DUNS and CAGE codes in order to log in to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. The Solicitation and associated information will be available from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site. The solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov or fbo.gov) system. FebBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Registration instruction can be found on the FedBizOpps website at: https://www.fbo.gov/downloads/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf. Bidders/Offerors who have registered with FedBizOpps must access data for this solicitation by way of the FedBizOpps website. Bidders/Offerors cannot log into the FedBizOpps home page and search for data. This solicitation is not a competitive bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
