Description

An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- Thursday, 27 April 2017, starting at 0930 EDT Please RSVP to stephen.t.blanchard@usace.army.mil and diane.e.george@usace.army.mil by Noon Tuesday, 25 April 2017 to register. The RSVP is required to have the name, company, phone number, email, for each registering attendee. Each attendee will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID. Each driver will need to provide a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance. Attendees should meet at the Seymour Johnson AFB, Visitor Center on Berkeley Blvd at least one hour prior to the site visit start time to secure a base visitor pass. A confirmation email will be sent out prior to 4 p.m. Wednesday, 26 April 2017 to confirm each registration. It will include driving instructions, base map and any other pertinent information. ***THE SITE VISITS FOR THE KC-46A TWO BAY CORROSION/FUEL CELL HANGAR PROJECT (SOLICITATION NO. W912QR-17-R-0025) AND THE KC-46A FOUR (4) FY17 CONSOLIDATED PROJECTS (SOLICITATION NO. W912QR-17-R-0014) WILL BE CONDUCTED CONCURRENTLY. THEREFORE THE SITE VISIT RSVP ALSO SHALL INDICATE WHICH PROJECT SITE(S) THE REGISTERED ATTENDEE INTENDS TO VISIT AFTER THE INITIAL COMBINED GROUP MEETING (i.e., HANGAR, CONSOLIDATED PROJECTS, OR BOTH).***
