Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, NC is conducting market research to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) or HUBZone concerns interested in providing transitional housing for homeless veterans in the Durham, North Carolina area. Services shall include room and board for up to twelve homeless veterans, 24/7 transportation services, medication monitoring, ADL and personal hygiene assistance, and intensive clinical case management by a licensed professional and/or paraprofessional. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 623220 Size Standard: $15 million and the Classification code is G099. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1. Company name and DUNS # 2. POC information 3. Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, WOSB) 4. Capability Statement demonstrating ability to provide the services described in paragraph one, above.
