- Amendment 0002 (SF-30) The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in the District of Massachusetts, District of Rhode Island, District of Connecticut, District of New Hampshire, District of Vermont and District of Maine. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is set-aside as 100% small business concerns. Due date extended to 3/30/2017 at 2:00 PM Eastern
