- AID 302-3 (Application Form) SOL-306-17-000034-OHN Cover Page SOLICITATION NO.:SOL-306-17-000034-OHN ISSUANCE DATE: March 20, 2017 CLOSING DATE: April 2, 2017 OPEN TO: Third Country Nationals Only SUBJECT: Solicitation for a Third Country National Personal Services Contractor (TCNPSC) - Program Development Specialist Dear Prospective Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in providing the personal services under contract as described in this solicitation. For further information about USAID/Afghanistan please visit https://www.usaid.gov/afghanistan. Given the unique staffing requirements for operating in Afghanistan, program efficiencies and policy objectives can only be achieved by using a TCNPSC for this position. Application must be in accordance with Attachment 1, Sections I through V of this solicitation and submitted electronically to KblAIDPSCjobs@usaid.gov. Please cite the solicitation number and position title within the subject line of your email application. Any attachments provided via email must be compatible with Microsoft Word 2003 or PDF and not zipped. Note that attachments to email must not exceed 3 MB.
