Description

Request for Information- MISREP Analysis Tool- Software Development Effort MISREP ANALYSIS TOOL-SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT EFFORT The DoD requires a web service that provides an automated workflow for Operational Assessment. The web service must ingest platform data feeds; provide a workflow to create, store, and disseminate post-mission reports in US Standard Message Traffic Format (USMTF); import from/export to select operations databases; import/export in a variety of formats to include MS Office, PDF, KML, etc.; augment an analyst's ability to see and understand trends, patterns, and relationships (e.g. perform data analytics related to mission effectiveness, munitions effectiveness, collateral damage, and battle damage). The service must allow a user, with the appropriate permissions, to adjust (create, update, delete) the web-based data input form. These form adjustments must then automatically update all required associations such as People, Objectives, Strategy and Technology (POST) methodology, database structure, queries, and reporting mechanisms. Furthermore, the web service must incorporate token/certificate based authentication and role-based access.
