- Solicitation SOW Courtroom Chairs dated 7 March 2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and/or supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number for this requirement is FA2543-17-R-0008 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. All quotations are due on 24 March 2017 by 1200 MST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular: 2005-88 Effective 16 May 2016, Defense Federal Acquistion Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Effective 10 May 2016 and the Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS) Effective 1 October 2015. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 337127, Institutional Furniture Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employee. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. Please see attached solicitation for the complete Request for Quote and Statement of Work. Questions will be accepted via email only and must be received by the POCs identified in this solicitation NLT 21 March 2017 by 1400 MST. The answers to any questions submitted will be posted in a modification to this solicitation shortly after this date.
