- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) located in Alexandria, VA intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for Assistive Technology (AT) products for Federal Employees with disabilities. Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) located in Alexandria, VA intends to award, on a sole-source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to CSDVRS, 600 Cleveland Street, Ste. 1000, Clearwater FL 33755 • Small Business: NAICS 334210 with a size standard of 1,250 employees In accordance with Federal Authority (Not all inclusive): • FAR Part "6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." • FAR Parts 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" • FAR Parts 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" • FAR Part "13.106(b)(1)(i), Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation." THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) or PROPOSAL This is a notice to award a sole source contract for 27 each Z70 Videophones for Federal Government employees with disabilities. These items will address various hearing-related conditions that can be accommodated by using a videophone to place and receive video calls so they are able to use sign language with the receiver. However, any party or responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice (see below). No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Proprietary information that is submitted by interested sources who submit any form of information are responsible for appropriately marking such information as proprietary. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. The Government shall not reimburse for any cost that is incurred by any source to support any portion of this requirement.
