If your company can meet these requirements please submit a capability statement to Bob Pizzano no later than Friday March 17th. @ 10am. est. robert.pizzano@usma.edu This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the proposed conduct of the Army Mobilization Simulation services contract scheduled for 7 months in support of the Operations Research Center and Department of Systems Engineering. The USMA Systems Engineering Department (DSE) and the Operations Research Center (ORCEN) are conducting research in FY17 to develop several computer simulations. The primary simulation is a full mobilization of the US Army in support of HQDA G1 and G3/5/7. The secondary simulation is a model of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) training requirements in support of Project Manager Unmanned Aerial Systems (PM UAS). In order for the ORCEN to meet the deliverables timeline DSE will require consultant and training hours in support of these projects. The consultations shall occur as needed via meetings at West Point or alternate locations, via phonecon, and VTC. The outcomes of the consultations shall be computer simulations that meet the requirements of the HQDA G1 and G3/5/7 and PM UAS. Additionally, both of these simulations shall be capable of informing models within the ARFORGEN Synchronization Tool (AST). The consultations will directly support the project deliverables to produce a beta version of the simulations NLT July 2017, and an alpha version NLT 1 OCT 17.
