Description
Draft SOW This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, or Invitation For Bid. The Peace Corps is seeking to identify possible sources for Whistleblower Investigation services. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any materials or services as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The information obtained may assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Peace Corps may utilize the responses to this RFI to conduct additional market research: In your capability response, please address ALL of the following questions: 1) Please let us know if company can meet all the requirements described in the draft Statement of work. If not please indicate which requirements cannot be met. 2) Has your company provided the services listed in the SOW to any other federal agency before? Please elaborate on the services provided. 3) Are the requirements clearly stated in our Draft SOW? Please provide us feedback on how to best communicate our requirement to industry. 4) If you are providing these services to other US Government agency (ies), which agencies? 5) What are the key qualifications your investigators can provide Peace Corps with to meet these requirements? 6) Please describe the pricing structure you use for this kind of services. Please provide us an idea of the elements that constitute your pricing structure. 7) Please provide us your: a. DUNS b. Business size c. Socioeconomically classification d. NAICS e. Any strategic sourcing vehicle in which you have this system available
