- This is a Sources Sought Announcement for market survey purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract shall be awarded from this announcement. The United States Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, anticipates a requirement to add an EMARSS-V training module to the existing EMARSS-M New Equipment Training (NET) manuals. The contractor's training courses shall target five groups of soldiers, namely pilots, operators, supervisors, maintenance personnel, and staff planners and leaders. The training shall be conducted IAW TRADOC 350-70, with all disciplines training concurrently in an operational venue with a culminating exercise integrating all occupational specialties into mission events that replicate system employment in theater. The contractor shall provide all training courses as part of NET. The contractor shall conduct NET at up to three (3) Government-directed sites (three (3) separate events). The contractor shall train operators on overall operations of the EMARSS-M, EMARSS-G and EMARSS-V variants. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualification of businesses to compete and perform a cost-reimbursement type contract. This announcement supports the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 Market Research requirement. Offeror's response to this announcement shall be limited to 10 pages and shall include the following information: -Offeror's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address -Offeror's interest in bidding on a solicitation when it is issued -Offeror's CAGE Code, business size, (if a small business, please indicate whether HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a), etc.) -Offeror's Joint Venture information, if applicable (existing and potential) All responses shall be submitted to the U.S. Army Contracting Command, ATTN: CCAM-ARB/A.
