Description

This is a sources sought notice to determine the availability of potential sources having the capabilities to provide TV Programming Services (basic and extended packages) for the below listed Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VAECHCS) facilities. All interested vendors are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including commercial market information. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought synopsis. All responses should be submitted by email to Jared.Cariker@VA.gov. Provide only the requested information below. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS 517110 (517311), Wired Telecommunications Carriers. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on the FBO website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. SPECIFIED REQUIREMENT: Network Contracting Office 19 is seeking sources for a potential contractor capable of providing TV Programming Services (basic and extended packages). The contractor shall provide TV Programming Services (basic and extended packages) for the following locations (see below) to include furnishing all labor, equipment, material, supervision, maintenance and other necessary items. VA Aurora Clinic (one (1) television in the main reception waiting area) 13701 E. Mississippi Ave. Suite 200 Aurora, CO 80012 VA Jewell Clinic (two (2) televisions - one in the main reception waiting, and one in the patient lounge) 14400 E. Jewell Ave. Aurora, CO 80012 VA Pueblo Community Living Center (Fifty-five (55) televisions total 52 in patient rooms, 1 in Dining Room, 1 in Quite Room, and 1 in Community Room 2600 Oakshire Lane Pueblo, CO 81001 Valor Point Domiciliary (Seven (7) televisions total 6 TV in patient rooms and 1 in Common Area) 7350 Eastman Place Lakewood, CO 80227 In regards to the above requirement, does your company possess the ability to provide TV Programming Services (basic and extended packages) at the above locations?
