- This synopsis is being amended to change the Request for Quote to a Request for Proposal (RFP).The United States Air Force through the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at the Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating procuring TF33 Anti-friction Housing new manufactured spare parts. This is a Critical Safety Item. The Line Item cited below is for a non-commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. This requirement is anticipated to be sole source. 1.A synopsis was posted for 15 days under RFQ: FA8121-16-Q-0004. 2.RFP#: FA8121-17-R-0030 3.PR#: FD2030-16-00317-01 4.Nomenclature/Noun: Spare, Anti-friction Housing 5.INPUT NSN: PN: 2840009215257RV 560640 6.AMC: 3/P 7.Application(Engine or Air Craft): TF33 Air Craft Engine 8.History: Last awarded SPRTA110D00890003 awarded 22 November 2011. 9.Description: TF33 Spare, Anti-friction Housing, AMS 6415 Low alloy steel (Chromium Plating) 12.5000" L x 3.5000"W x 12.5000"H and weighs 5.0000lbs. L/I 0001- Spare, Anti-friction Housing Quantity: 46 Ea. 10.Destination: SW3211 11.Delivery: Required Delivery of 46 units, on or before 01 June 2017. Early Delivery is acceptable. 12.Current Approved Sources: United Technologies Corporation Cage Code: 52661 13.Export Control: No 14.Qualification Requirements: Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than current source(s). 15.Mandatory Language: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
