- Dear Prospective Offeror: This is to advise you that solicitation number SUP300-17-Q-0008, issued on February 21, 2017, for Health Insurance Services for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv Local Employee, has been canceled. The U.S. Government has decided to award a short-term bridge contract based on Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC), that will allow us the necessary time to solicit a five-year contract. The JOFOC for the short-term bridge contract will be posted on FedBizOpps as soon as it is ready. We are currently working on the solicitation for a five-year contract, and it will be released within the next few months.
