Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek small business sources for HYCLONE TM FETAL BOVINE SERUM, CANADIAN ORIGIN, GE HEALTHCARE CELL CULTURE, 500 mL *** MUST BE LOT #AB10092300 ***. This is a BRAND Name Only requirement for Hyclone brand and specified lot number. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339113, and the Classification code is 6640. Offeror must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and state their DUN# and business size in its capability statement. This notice is seeking small businesses. If you are a certified Veteran-owned small business or Service-disabled Veteran-owned business, please state that as well. Additionally, if this product is on government contract, please specify the contract number. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to later publish a solicitation.
