Description

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Award will be made to an offeror who is responsible on the basis of a best-value trade-off in accordance with FAR Part 8. The Government will award a Fixed-Price FSS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The RFQ will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for Veteran-Owned, Small Businesses (VOSBs). Only offers received from VetBiz-certified and verified VOSBs (VIP Vendor Information Pages) will be considered. Offerors are required to have ALL SIN Codes and Nevada geographical coverage in their GSA contract.
