Flags shall be delivered within 15 days of award This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 314999 is applicable.  Please reference RFQ Number VA786-17-Q-0275 on remittances.    An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 3, 2017.  Responses to the solicitation are due by 12:00 p.m., March 13, 2017.  Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
