For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone number or email address. PRON: AX6T2240AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 150 each up to a maximum quantity of 950 each of an AIR CLEANER, INTAKE, NSN: 2945-01-304-4306, Part Number: 6071T53G02 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 150 each, 203 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 150 each, 2nd Year, 200 each, 3rd Year, 200 each, 4th Year, 200 each, and 5th Year 200 each. This item is restricted to 100% SMALL BUSINESS. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. All references to specifications and drawings must include all and only Government approved changes or revisions which have been made effective as of the date of this solicitation. If any effective change or revision affects the interchangeability of the item (ability to be interchanged with previous parts or to connect with all Mating parts when assembled), the Contractor shall request prior verification and approval of the change or revision from the Procuring Contracting Officer prior to implementing the change. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOS APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
