- Sole Source Justification The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/PK) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for the purchase of registration for 130 participants for the Annual National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Training Workshop, using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Annual National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Training Workshop is the only source that meets the contract management training industry standards designed for joint systems-level acquisition professionals in the GS-1102 (64P), GS-0304 (63A), and GS-0505 (65F) career fields.. The Air Force requires training on Contract Management in order to perform their daily functions. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 611430. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses received by 1 March 2017; 9AM Eastern Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed task order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
