Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Central (P), Ft. Hood, TX intends to issue an contract pursuant to the authority of FAR 10-106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis to Orthofix Inc. for various orthopedic surgical implants. The required supplies are invasive devices prescribed by the patient’s physician/surgeon. Applicable NAICS is 339112. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at marci.l.gebhardt.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. on 01 Mar 17. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of future requirements. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. This item may be awarded without further notice.
