Page 1 of 1 The Network Contracting Office 7 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the purchase of a FIBROSCAN 502 and accessories, quantity of one (1) each. Item No. K502T2233 Fibroscan 502 Touch Package M Probe, XL w/Shipping. Item No. S20004833 CAP Software Item No. STRAIN003033 Installation and Training includes initial training session at time of installation and one, on-site follow up within 12 months (up to 6 certified operators total). This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA247-17-Q-0264. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510 with a small business standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is solicited as 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This Procurement is for New Equipment Only. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty. Responses to the solicitation are due by Friday, March 10, 2017 at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). POINT OF CONTACT: Interested parties are requested to submit all quotes to Nochelle Elliott at nochelle.elliott@va.gov no later than Friday, March 10, 2017 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
