DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) consists of a main campus in Reno, Nevada, as well as five Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) across Nevada and northern California. In the performance of its mission, VASNHCS periodically performs Administrative Investigation Boards (AIBs), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Hearings, Disciplinary Appeals Boards (DABs) and other proceedings for which an official record of witness statements and testimony is required. VASNHCS has an immediate need for court reporting services at the main VASNHCS campus. Solicitation Number VA261-17-Q-0333 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about February 24, 2017. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be due on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date).
