Description

This is a sources sought request for Steel Security Containers with Combination Locks and Tambour Doors for the VA Butler Healthcare Center (HCC) located at 355 N. Duffy Road, Butler, PA 16001. The VA HCC is seeking Veteran owned businesses VOSB and SDVOSB. The containers should be an exact product manufactured by Dasco Storage Solutions, as follows; (3) security containers of steel construction for the storage of controlled substances in the VA Butler Healthcare Health Care Center Pharmacy vault. Each container should measure 84"H x 36"W x 22"D have 7 interior adjustable shelves, tambour doors to close the container and that roll back into the container when opened, a locking mechanism with a combination lock, and anchors used to secure the container to the floor. Further Detail and specification are in the Statement of Work below. All vendors responding to this sources sought will have to be registered in SAM and certified in the VetBiz as a VOSB or SDVOSB company. When responding to this source sought, the vendor must provide the name and address of the company, P.O.C. name, telephone number, and email address. Also, vendors will provide DUNS and TAX ID numbers. All replies to the sources sought are to be emailed to JVanne.Yancy@va.gov no later than March 3, 2017 at 1300.
