- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), intends to solicit a firm fixed price contract for the overhaul of Manitowoc crane boom, mdl Grove RT422, s/n: 86149 and associated components. Repair must be done by a Manitowoc certified repair facility with OEM parts This requirement will be solicited as a commercial requirement. Interested parties/persons may respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website https://www.neco.navy.mil The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 February 2017 with a closing date on or about 6 March 2017. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that website for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Offerors must also be registered in the Systems for Awards Management Database (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov.
