Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: AG-3395-S-17-0011 Description: The George Washington & Jefferson NFs in Virginia is soliciting for various types of herbicides. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The NAICS code is 325320 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Labels for herbicides other than Brand Name specified in this solicitation must be provided by offeror for approval prior to contract award. Labels for herbicides other than Brand Name specified in this solicitation must be provided by offeror for approval prior to contract award. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. The government may award multiple contracts from this solicitation. You do not have to quote on all Line Items. You may quote on only the Line Items that you are able to provide. Quoted prices MUST include delivery to the addresses shown on the Quotation Sheet (four (4) separate locations in Virginia). 24 hour notice MUST be given prior to delivery to ensure that personal are available on site to take delivery (some of the delivery sites are on gated compounds). *The Government desires split shipment of the Element 3 (LI B-02) and Krenite (LI B-06) for the Blacksburg VA location. Initial shipment to contain 100 gallons of each product and final shipment to contain the remaining 125 gallons of each product (anticipated request for delivery of final shipment within 45 days of original shipment). Please indicate on your quote sheet if this would be possible.
