Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for the Durham VA Medical Center, with Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions (DUN# 964899483) for a Laborie Medical Aquarius CT Urodynamic System. The sole source is being made to a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the procurement authority of VAAR 819.7007. NAICS code 339112 applies to this procurement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Persons may identify their interest in this requirement no later than 10:00 AM EST, March 1, 2017 to: dori.dabbs2@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
