- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date due to the receipt of offeror questions. FIRST: The Government has received questions and needs the appropriate time to respond to each of them; as such the solicitation closing date is extended as follows: FROM: 24 February 2017, 3:00PM Centeral Time TO: 3 March 2017, 3:00PM Central Time SECOND When the Government responds to the questions, the solicitation closing date will be re-adjusted based upon the actual posting of the Amendment to reflect a new closing date of 5 business workdays beyond the posting of the new Amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
