- Notice of Intent / Sources Sought The 38 th Contracting Squadron (38 CONS) intends to issue a contract modification (Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee with Cost Reimbursable line items) to a single source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the services required at the level of quality required because the services are unique or specialized, no later than 01 April 2017. The period of performance will be from 01 April 2017 to 31 October 2017.
