THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees Requirement: The Madison VA Medical Center has a need a brand name only PEAK PlasmaBlade and AEX Generator. This is a device that allows Electrophysiologists to extract pacemakers and pacemaker leads from patients without causing a significant amount of tissue damage or bleeding. The device will be placed in the Cardiac Catheterization/ Electrophysiology Lab. The PEAK PlasmaBlade and AEX Generator allows for soft tissue dissection with precision and bleeding control without extensive collateral tissue damage using low temperature/radiofrequency surgical technologies. Brand name or equal product description. Submit responses to the Contracting Officer, Michael J Rosenthal, at Michael.rosenthal@va.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time), March 01, 2017. This is not a Request for Quotation or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender.
