SF1449 cont. SF1449 Past Performance Matrix Past Performance Questionnaire Government Furnished Information Statement of Work Wage Determination - Quantico VA Pricing Template The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) intending to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide services for a root cause analysis that will identify behavioral, organizational culture, group, social, and/or other similar factors that led or contributed to errors or misstatements identified in the Microscopic Hair Comparison Analysis review. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has committed to conduct an independent analysis to determine how and why the errors occurred and were repeated over time. The Contractor will be required to identify and analyze the root causes of errors or misstatements made by examiners in lab reports and testimony. The objective is to ascertain and understand the underlying conditions which resulted in errors; however, this acquisition will not to conduct a review of the science underlying microscopic hair comparisons. Contractors proposing on this solicitation will be required to submit pricing and procedures with their proposal as required in the attached solicitation. RFP FY17-FBI-RFP-03-STCU03 is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12. This RFP is being conducted as an unrestricted procurement. This solicitation is attached and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site.
